Time: Arrived on location at 8:30 PM. Begin time was approximately 9:00 PM. The investigation concluded at approximately 10:30 PM.
Location: Colonial Plantation House, Ridley Pa.
Equipment: E.L.F. Zone Electromagnetic Field Detector, Raynger ST2 Infrared Non-contact Thermometer, Panasonic IC Digital Audio Recorder. NightOwl Cyclops Night Vision Monocular Scope.
Weather: Light rain with temps in the lower 60's. The investigation was conducted indoors.
History: None known as of yet.
Type Of Location: An historic Colonial Plantation House. Two floors with a basement.
How Many Occupants: None.
Pets: Numerous farm and wildlife outside.
Those Present: Investigation team included Sharon & Lew G, and Rachel G. Others that are not in our group but who were present: From Y100: Steve, Preston, Gina, Casey, Lauren as well as several Y100 listeners and also a few plantation workers.
Report: This was a two story house with a basement. Initially, everyone stayed in the living room type area of the house so that we could do some recordings. Nothing turned up as a result. However, several people in the group did hear some things being moved around upstairs during the recording. No one was up there.
After the recording session everyone was split up and the equipment was distributed amongst the group. Several other recording sessions were conducted in the basement and also on the second floor. Nothing turned up as a result. Nor did I hear anyone say that they had gotten any sort of unusual readings with the thermal scanners or the EMF meters. Nothing was seen with night vision. Things seemed quiet all night.
Impression: Once again, based on my lack of evidence, I would be inclined to believe that the place is not haunted. However, the folks that work there swear that it is and that strange unexplainable things have happened just as recently as last week.
