Report: During our investigation at the Bucksville House Bed & Breakfast, my experiences were minimal in number but, worthy of mention. During the event, an experiment was conducted using two digital cameras, side-by-side. It was our attempt at capturing the same anomaly on digital image using two separate cameras. The results were significant and hopefully we can post them after having written a detailed synopsis of the experiment. It was in the same room in which this test was conducted that I had detected a 10*F decrease in temperature in one corner of the room. There was no natural source found to be responsible for such a drastic change. The overall room temp was 68 degrees, while the corner in question registered 58 degrees. The temperature anomaly was stationary. Divergence of the thermal scanner used to detect this anomaly quickly resulted in a 10 degrees increase to normal room temperature.
Still within the same room, Donna B. had taken a seat in a rocking chair. Photographs were producing no results for a short time now. This was the case for both digital cameras. As she sat in the chair with her hands on her lap and her fingers intertwined, Donna felt a cold sensation on her hands. At that moment in time, a digital image was taken and a well defined orb of light was captured in the appropriate spot. It was almost sitting directly on top of her hands. Almost all of the investigators present that night were in the room to see this first hand. Truly amazing!
On the third floor was a room which seemed particularly attractive to me. As much as I tried to identify why I felt the need to always return to this room, I was unsuccessful. It was only after the investigation that I found that other investigators had experienced the same mysterious attraction. This same scenario has happened during other investigations as well and I always find it worthy of note, as some day there may be found some significance.
Impression: Based on the photographic experiment alone, it is my belief that there is at least one spirit that inhabits the Bucksville Inn. Interviews and eyewitness accounts are pending. I would sincerely like to perform a follow-up investigation to further expand our results. This would also provide an opportunity to reproduce our original photographic experiments.
